Growth requires you to leave something behind.

Many people decorate their comfort zones like they’re planning on staying there forever. If growth is important to you, you’ve gotta be willing to drop some stuff.

Brian Proctor talks about how the moment you decide to change something, your brain pipes up with:

 “What if I fail?”

 “What if I look stupid?”

“What if this is the wrong move?”

Leaving is required, you cannot hold onto your old routines, habits or beliefs and your new life at the same time. Your hands are full mate. Pick one.

If you’re feeling that weird, shaky uncertainty feeling about something, Brian breaks it down and gives tips on how to name that fear and how to take one tiny, intentional step forward.

I am very clear about my purpose. My purpose is to use my imagination and intuition to inspire others. This is in order to take their thoughts and feelings and turn into actions and belief in themselves and their business. Are you clear on yours?
