What does it feel like to share a meal with a woman who uplifts 5 million entrepreneurs across 120 countries?

I had the privilege of breaking bread with an extraordinary woman, Dr HC Marie Christine OGHLY, World President of Femmes Chefs d'Entreprises Mondiales - FCEM a NGO that unites women entrepreneurs from around the world, to support their businesses and strengthen their leadership in economic and social development.

Her career is extraordinary as well! From leading Amazon Technology in Europe, to founding pioneering engineering companies and a hub of excellence in numerical simulation engineering. To name just a few!  But what moved me the most on the night wasn’t just her remarkable achievements, it was her presence. Inclusive. Grounded. Radiant.

Marie-Christine doesn’t just build businesses. She builds movements. Movements that open doors. Movements that give women permission to dream bigger. Sitting at that table, I was reminded, the true mark of leadership is how many people rise because of you.
