Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment -- Sessions are 45 minutes and must be paid in full at the time of booking -- Payment is non-refundable once the session is completed -- All sessions are conducted via video call on Zoom Scheduling & Rescheduling -- You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance at no charge -- Rescheduling requests with less than 24 hours notice are subject to availability -- No-shows or cancellations with less than 2 hours notice will forfeit the full session fee Session Guidelines -- Sessions are focused troubleshooting consultations, not ongoing coaching relationships -- You're encouraged to come prepared with specific challenges or questions -- All advice and strategies discussed are recommendations only -- Implementation of suggestions is entirely at your discretion Confidentiality -- All information shared during sessions remains confidential -- No recording of sessions without mutual consent -- Case studies or examples may be anonymised for educational purposes only with your permission Refund Policy -- Full refunds available if cancelled more than 24 hours in advance -- No refunds for completed sessions -- Technical issues that prevent the session from taking place will receive a full refund or free rescheduling Limitation of Liability -- Advice provided is based on general business and marketing principles and your specific situation as described -- Results cannot be guaranteed -- You acknowledge that business and marketing decisions and implementations are made at your own risk Contact For questions about these terms or to reschedule, please contact aj@jonesandsons.net
